About Us

Airhellp is an official Airbnb property management partner located in Accra, Ghana. We manage Airbnb rentals on behalf of their owners and simultaneously providing continuous stress free cashflow directly into the owners’ pocket.

Pricing

Having our clients’ need at heart, our services have been carefully priced to be affordable and flexible for the average property owner. We hence have two Pricing options;

  1. 20% per every booking or
  2. A monthly fixed rate based on property size

Frequently Asked Questions

Our service cost will be 30% of the booking price per night for each time your rental is booked. Meaning, you will be billed only when your Airbnb property is rented out. However, of this 30%, only 20% goes to airhellp the remaining 10% is dedicated to the procurement of necessary items like toiletries (bathing soap, toilet rolls etc) and detergents as well as for housekeeping which under normal circumstance will be the responsibility of the property owner.

Based on the agreed commission rate, payments made through Airbnb are routed directly to the Owner’s account after each booking is completed.

To employ our services, you can either call the available contact numbers or fill the contact form on our website. We will reach out to you, then give your property a visit to decide how best the property can be managed and monetized. After, we will provide you with the necessary paperwork and voila! We are partners.

Our first Pre-onboarding property visit and consultation is absolutely free. However, we entreat property owners to have their property in an Airbnb-ready-state in time for our visit as subsequent Pre-onboarding property visits will attract a fee.

Airhellp, will be responsible for managing the Airbnb dashboard, internet and any other related IT activities. The aim is to take 100% of the workload involved away from the property owner.

We will be sad to see you go but like every good thing, there is an end to it. To break our friendship, a simple contract termination form will be provided to you and we advise that you give us at least a one month heads up because heartbreaks are hard to deal with.
